Help Our Mission: Giving Sundays at Covenant Park Church

What a year! We have already accomplished quite a bit since our first Sunday in the new building on January 12. From muddy cars to hydroseeding, our new facility is being filled each week. We have had more decisions to accept Christ in the first six months of 2025 than we did in all of 2024. The Lord is moving! Thank you for being a part of what God is doing at Covenant Park Church and throughout Morgan County.

I invite you to join me in praying for our next Giving Sundays on August 10 and September 14. Currently, we have a total debt of $4.3 million, which consists of two loans with the Bank of Madison, one at $3.8 million (Building construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, parking lot, etc.) and one at $500,000 (Audio, Visual and Lighting/AVL). Both of these loans will convert to a traditional mortgage at the end of September. Our goal is to pay off the AVL loan of $500,000 in its entirety before it converts to a mortgage, to God be the glory! Will you join us in helping make this happen?

Romans 13:8 tells us that we are to “owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.” Church, thank you for helping live this verse out each week. Our hope is that by September 14, we will be $500,000 closer to paying off all debts at CPC. Thank you for loving each other well, thank you for your generosity and thank you for your prayers for our next Giving Sundays.
