We can easily get lost in a narrative where\, at the beginning of the story\, heartache reigned\, but it was soon replaced by joy. Perhaps we’re drawn to these tales because they not only provide an escape\, but hope. \nMany of us struggle through seasons of bitterness\, tears\, and loss\, wondering if there could ever be a happy ending to our stories. The story of Ruth affirms that yes\, there is hope. However\, it’s not found in a happy ending scribed by a novelist’s pen\, but in the power and protection of a sovereign God who never takes His eyes off of us for even a moment. \nIn this 7-session study from Kelly Minter\, we’ll examine Ruth’s journey of unbearable loss\, redeeming love\, and divine legacy. It’s the perfect way to pause in the middle of a chaotic week and center ourselves on Jesus. \nThis semester\, we are embracing a “whole family” approach. Instead of sending everyone off to different rooms\, we will all gather together—from the littlest ones to the grandparents—in the Sanctuary at 6:00PM for a short\, family-style devotional. It is a special opportunity to come together and learn side-by-side with your children! DESCRIPTION:Grow in Faith: Weekly Youth Gatherings!\nHey\, high schoolers and middle schoolers! Looking for a place to connect\, grow in your faith\, and have some fun? Our CPC Student Ministry is the perfect spot for you! Every Sunday night\, we gather for an awesome evening designed to help you navigate these unique years of your life with God by your side. Come hang out with us and discover what God has in store for you! Each week\, you’ll experience engaging worship and hear a relevant message. Then\, we’ll break out into LifeGroups\, where you’ll connect with other students your age and dig deeper into discussions about faith and life. \nMiddle School: 6th – 8th grade\nKris\, Kina\, Mac\, and Courtney lead our Middle School LifeGroups. Middle School is a unique time in our students’ lives\, so this group is designed to meet them where they’re at. Boys and girls split off\, tackling topics relevant to them. \nHigh School: 9th – 12th grade\nPastor Blake and Natalie and Travis and Becka Smith lead our High School LifeGroup.  This allows for lessons and discussions that better align with what High School students are going through. Perhaps we’re drawn to these tales because they not only provide an escape\, but hope. \nMany of us struggle through seasons of bitterness\, tears\, and loss\, wondering if there could ever be a happy ending to our stories. The story of Ruth affirms that yes\, there is hope. However\, it’s not found in a happy ending scribed by a novelist’s pen\, but in the power and protection of a sovereign God who never takes His eyes off of us for even a moment. \nIn this 7-session study from Kelly Minter\, we’ll examine Ruth’s journey of unbearable loss\, redeeming love\, and divine legacy. DESCRIPTION:Celebrating the Class of 2026\nThe transition from high school to whatever comes next is such a monumental season of life\, filled with “last times” and “new beginnings.” Our annual Senior Night on May 3 is a dedicated time to hit pause on the busyness of graduation season to laugh over old memories\, share a few tears\, and officially commission our graduates into their next chapter with the full support of their church family. To make the night truly personal\, we’re asking each senior and their family to decorate their own table in the Sanctuary to showcase their unique accomplishments and personality—we’ll provide the tablecloths\, but the rest of the flair is up to you! We also want to walk down memory lane together during a heartfelt video tribute\, so don’t forget to email 20 of your favorite photos of your graduate to Student Pastor Blake Stinnett. \nWe are so incredibly proud of the hard work\, character\, and faith these students have shown throughout their high school careers. Whether they are heading off to college\, starting a trade\, or entering the workforce\, we want them to know they always have a home here. The story of Ruth affirms that yes\, there is hope. However\, it’s not found in a happy ending scribed by a novelist’s pen\, but in the power and protection of a sovereign God who never takes His eyes off of us for even a moment. \nIn this 7-session study from Kelly Minter\, we’ll examine Ruth’s journey of unbearable loss\, redeeming love\, and divine legacy.
