DESCRIPTION:The ABC’s of Heart Care\nWe’ve all been there—sitting across from a dear friend who is walking through a season of deep emotional pain\, wishing we had the right words or the “perfect” way to help. While we can’t always fix the situation\, we can learn how to walk more effectively alongside our sisters in Christ. This skills-based course is designed to equip you with the tools to listen not just with your ears\, but with your heart. Together\, we’ll explore a biblical perspective on suffering and discover how to offer true\, Christ-centered comfort to those who are hurting. \nDuring our time together\, we’ll delve into four specific resources for providing comfort and gain a clear understanding of what healthy confidentiality looks like in a supportive relationship. Whether you feel called to formal soul care or simply want to be a better friend and neighbor\, this course will help you lean into the ministry of presence.
